You are only charged when a transaction closes successfully. The 2.5% fee is automatically deducted from the escrow funds at the time of closing and distributed according to your configured payout structure. If the deal falls through, you pay nothing.

Our AI generates Letters of Intent (LOI), Purchase Agreements, Bills of Sale, Survey Requests, Closing Statements, and Escrow Instructions. All documents are customized based on your transaction details, governing law, and party information.

All documents requiring signatures are sent through DocuSign for legally binding e-signatures. Parties receive email notifications, can sign from any device, and receive certified copies. Full audit trails are maintained for compliance.

Every transaction follows 9 phases: Initiation, KYC, Negotiation, LOI, Escrow, Due Diligence, Acceptance, Documents, and Settlement. The 7 enforcement gates (KYC, Legal Context, LOI Signed, Escrow Funded, Buyer Acceptance, Dispute Freeze, Admin Release) ensure proper progression.

Standard plans support up to 3 payout recipients. Broker plans support up to 10 recipients with custom percentages - perfect for deals involving multiple brokers, surveyors, attorneys, or lenders. Enterprise plans have unlimited recipients.

We support three deal modes: Brokered (broker-facilitated), Principal (direct acquisition), and Back-to-Back (B2B through SPV with upstream/downstream legs). Transaction types include Vessel Sales and Charters (bareboat and time). B2B deals include information walls, waterfall payouts, and full legal document packages.

Broker accounts can use our platform under their own branding. Your clients see your logo, colors, and domain while you leverage our secure infrastructure. The transaction fee remains the same.

Our platform is designed for vessel transactions of all sizes. There is no minimum transaction amount, though our services are most valuable for transactions over $50,000.
